In the event of any dispute, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally through discussions with Calmar Land Development Corporation. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts in Philippines.

    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Calmar Land Development Corporation regarding the use of the Service.
  • Severability
